- IMPACT AND FRACTURE RESISTANCE
Our polycarbonate product you have purchased has the maximum fracture resistance among all plastic alternatives. You can use it for many years without any problems even under intense usage. You will almost never experience breakage.
- WASHING CONDITIONS AND SCRATCH RESISTANCE
You can wash it in both industrial and household dishwashers without any problem. It has a minimum washing life of 1500 times even under the most demanding usage conditions. It is safe to use with all types of dishwashers including with liquid machine detergents
However, if the machine water is not clean, the presence of hard particles such as sand grains, coffee grounds, fruit seeds in the washing water will cause scratches and wear down the products along with the pressure washing environment. In addition, the hardness of the water used and the amount of lime can also have a negative effect on the service life. The use of solid dishwashing detergents is also not recommended.
Apart from the machine, you can wash with a soft sponge and liquid detergent in hand washing.
Do not wash with hard scouring pads, scouring wires as it will cause scratches.
In dishwashers, it is recommended to use special machine detergents developed for plastics during washing, if possible.
During the drying/rinse process with standart detergents, since plastics cannot absorb heat sufficiently due to the nature, conventional rinsing products cannot slide the water over the product as expected, causing water spots to form. The more calcareous your washing water is, the more clearly these spots appear. These are not dirt or residue, but evaporated water stains.
- LOGISTICS AND STORAGE
To use the polycarbonate cups in the longest and most efficient way, it is recommended to wash and store them in cup baskets just like glass cups and to carry out logistics with these baskets. The baskets will prevent scratches and wear that may occur during transportation and storage and will fully maximise the lifespan of the cups.
- IMPORTANT WARNING !
Since anise causes deformations in the polycarbonate, it is of extreme importance that one should NOT use polycarbonate products in the service of RAKI, OUZO, PASTIS and similar anise-containing beverages.
Avoid contact with aniseed drinks and residues during washing, transportation or in any environment.
You can use our polycarbonated products with all kinds of alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages along with all kinds of soda and concernated drinks without any problem.
